Realizing now that you charge a 2% fee for checks that are made on the PNC bank account buy a holder who does not have an account with PNC Bank is an awful lot of money. Have been considering opening a checking account at PNC Bank for a little time now. I am retired and that is a lot of money to me. I am requesting that PNC bank review the CCTV to whatever is being use to watch the ATM and see who took the money and if it was recovered by the ATM.
